Publishers,
Alphabetically

Author
Mary Kate Gutiérrez
Editor, NICHCY

NICHCY is pleased to connect you with publishers offering books, videos, and journals on specific disabilities, special education, parenting, and other disability and special needs topics. This list targets commercial publishers. Disability organizations offering publications, even for sale, are not included here. There's be no end to this list otherwise!

We've organized this list in two ways:

  • a straightforward alphabetical list by the publisher's name, and
  • an alphabetical topic list.
It's hard to categorize the publishers by topic, however, since they often specialize in more than one aspect of disability. In this sense, please view the topic list as a quick-start way of finding publishers emphasizing your area of interest, not a definitive categorization of all that they do.

Also, this list isn't exhaustive, and we'll be adding to it over time.
