The TA&D Network refers to the Technical Assistance and Dissemination network funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). There are more than 50 information centers set up to offer assistance on special education and disability topics.
NICHCY is one such center. Others focus on early childhood, special education finance, learning disabilities, mediation, minorities, outcomes, transition, IDEA, and on and on.
