The Center for Appropriate Dispute Resolution in Special Education (CADRE) is the National Center on Dispute Resolution in Special Education. CADRE's website provides resources on mediation and conflict resolution, training materials, and directories listing trainers, conflict resolution professionals, and state information about mediation.CADRE is a project of the Special Education Technical Assistance and Dissemination Network (TA&D), funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS).
