Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT)

Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT) is a private, non-profit, independent accrediting agency whose goal is maintaining educational quality in the career schools and colleges it accredits by striving to assure academic excellence and ethical practices. ACCSCT is dedicated to the more than 360,000 students who annually pursue career education at its accredited institutions.

Alaska Comprehensive Center

The Alaska Comprehensive Center (ACC) is one of 16 regional comprehensive and 5 content centers that make up the Comprehensive Center Network funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The purpose of the comprehensive centers is to provide state education agencies with intensive technical assistance to address the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements and meet student achievement goals. The ARCC is a collaborative network at SERRC-Alaska's Educational Resource Center, the Northwest Regional Educational Laboratory (NWREL), Alaska Department of Education and Early Development, and funded by USDOE Grant No. S283B050037A. American Educational Research Association (AERA)

The American Educational Research Association (AERA) is concerned with improving the educational process by encouraging scholarly inquiry related to education and by promoting the dissemination and practical application of research results. AERA is a prominent international professional organization with the primary goal of advancing educational research and its practical application. Its 20,000 members are educators; administrators; directors of research, testing or evaluation in federal, state and local agencies; counselors; evaluators; graduate students; and behavioral scientists. AERA offers a comprehensive program of scholarly publications, training, fellowships, and meetings to advance educational research, to disseminate knowledge, and to improve the capacity of the profession to enhance the public good.
