The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), U.S. Department of Education, is pleased to offer a set of training overheads on the new IDEA regulations. These overheads were designed and used by OSEP in the regional trainings that Department of Education staff conducted on the regulations shortly after their release in March 1999.
