Short and Sweet
eNews will connect you quickly with resources and news suited to your interests and concerns. eNews is not a monthly newsletter sent to the masses. It's designed so that you can tell us what type of information you're looking for, and we'll send you that type of information.
How eNews Works
You fill out a quick user profile about your interests and info
needs. Give us your email address. Because we're constantly collecting,
sifting through, reviewing, and organizing information, we're
in the perfect position to learn about the resources that are
out there to help address your needs. We can also let you know
when NICHCY has a new publication or new pages on our Web site.
With eNews, we can quickly and easily email you. You'll
hear from us regularly, with emails you won't need to wade through
to find what's relevant to you.
How Regularly?
That's hard to say. A lot depends on how you detail your interests
in the user profile and the resources that exist or emerge to
match them. We expect to write at least six times a year but hope
for more often. We intend to use short email messages that are
direct and to the point.
Who Can Sign Up?
Anyone who's looking for information about disabilities! We hope
you'll share news of our service with all your colleagues, fellow
parents, clients, and friends — then they can fill out their
own profiles and receive the information they're looking
for. You can revise your user profile at any time, if you find
you have new needs or that the type of info we're sending you
doesn't really address your needs after all. And you can unsubscribe
at any time.
Will User Profiles Be Shared with Anyone?
Absolutely not. What you tell us will remain strictly confidential
and will never be shared with any other organization or used for
any other purpose than eNews.
